Refunds
Refunds are not possible on McMarvin’s payment gateway. Once the payment is made, it can only be tracked but cannot be refunded to the original source.

Only under exigent circumstances, and at the sole discretion of McMarvin, refund requests can be entertained. However there is no guarantee that refunds will be processed.
Since each request requires a lot of dedicated time and effort of 3-4 days to process a refund, McMarvin will internally assess the reasons and circumstances requiring a refund and help process the request. It is highly recommended that the Institute clears the refund policy to it’s internal users for better service experience.
